Behringer slides in just under the radar of the big mixer producers with this feature packed mixer with a "feature-per-euro" that's pretty unbeatable, at least in this day and age. It feels a bit cluttered but it's really cheap and has tons of features - and MIDI-functionality. The MIDI-madness is achieved by entering the setup of the DDM4000 and configuring what buttons and knobs that should be MIDI enabled. Since I don't own one myself it's therefore hard to tell which buttons that can be MIDI-enabled and which cannot, so the statistics to the right are just qualified guesses.
A word to the wise: It doesn't have a sound card or USB connectivity so you'll need both an external sound card for your laptop aswell as a MIDI->USB dongle (unless your laptop would have a MIDI-in port for some highly unlikely reason). Also, if electronics are really really cheap with no obvious drawbacks there usually is an unpleasant surprise around the corner.
