The Xone:3D is the merger of two Xone:1D / Xone:2D's and an Xone:92. The result is tons of connectivity and features. With a ton of assinable buttons and knobs the Xone:3D could probably preform well with almost every software today, if mapped right. Given the price tag on this beauty it might not be for everyone, but one should have in mind that it's both a midi-controller and a analog mixer in one package if you ever would need to connect a turntable or a CDJ.
